Glass Rack

It comes with one rack. This single-story glass rack is made of

sturdy tubular steel structure. Silicon blanket freely slides in from

rack to oven and vice verse

Vacuum System

A reliable and durable vacuum pump is located outside the

oven. Vacuum pump generates enough power of vacuum and

thus, sucks air out in between top and bottom silicon sheets.

The powerful vacuum pump guarantees de-airing of

laminated glass thoroughly and prevents bubbles from

forming. It is design to run 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

Silicon blanket

Is the core of glass vacuum & heating laminating oven is

made of durable high temperature resistant silicon. It is

strong, durable but flexible allowing easy handling. Each

set of this integrity silicon blanket consist of one top and

one bottom sheets. This sophisticated tight seal feature

prevents air leaking during vacuuming.

Electrical Control

Control console is located at oven side. It is used to control

rising, constant and lowering of temperatures and

corresponding timing. When a parameter is set for a certain

batch of glass lamination, this parameter is stored in

memory. It could be taken out immediately when the

parameter is found useful for other batches. Vacuum pump

is also activated from this control console.

Power Consumption - 90% loading efficiency- 2.35KW

Cooling

When heating is completed, heating elements are shut

down. Door is opened to allow fast cooling. Additional fan

blower (to be provided by buyer) could be helpful to speed

up cooling. If necessary, silicon blanket slide out of oven

onto glass rack and is left for cooling outside of oven when

high efficient cooling is required.

One Electric Control system

It consists of surface well-treated thick steel sheets with

one door. Double jackets are design on both sides of oven

body. Heating elements put inside the double jackets. The

steel sheets are constructed in double layers fully filled up

with special heat insulation materials. This is to reduce heat

loss to minimize power consumption. Two outward

opening doors with handles are well insulated too. The

doors are well sealed when they are close.

Heating

The rising, steady and lowering of temperature and

corresponding timings are set up in control console. If a

pre-set parameter is found useful for this batch, the

parameter is easily stored, retrieved out from memory and

is applied to the next production cycle. When vacuuming is

achieved at room temperature, temperature begins to rise

up according to set value. Then temperature is kept for

certain time duration according to set value. It is then

lowered down to set value. All temperatures and timings

are activated automatically and operator is free when oven

is being heated up
