ABOUT THIS MACHINE:

This pre-owned HEGLA Galactic cutting system with integrated gantry handling, classifier, and Tandem ReMaster retrieval is available through Glass Machinery Locator.

Configured as a fully integrated HEGLA line, this system combines cutting, sorting, and retrieval into a continuous, production-aligned workflow.

The system is centered around a HEGLA Galactic CNC cutting table that executes optimized cutting patterns on flat glass. A gantry handling system transfers cut lites from the cutting surface into a vertical classifier, where lites are automatically sorted and buffered across multiple rack levels based on production requirements.

The Tandem ReMaster retrieves stored lites from the classifier and reintroduces them onto the conveyor line in the correct sequence for downstream processes such as edging, tempering, or insulating glass assembly. This coordinated workflow reduces manual intervention while maintaining order integrity across complex production runs.
